Hello!

I own a 200sx -97 with standard rear brakes. Had problems with them building heat and sticking. So now I had the calipers redone with seals and new pistons, new brakehoses, discs and pads. But after a testdrive today they´re still getting hot. Mostly left side brake...
Handbrake operates on the caliper.

Now I dont know what to do. Spent some money on this and still doesnt work.. I´m frustrated...

Anyone that could come with suggestions on common problems???

All help are truly welcome!

Best regards

It completely locks up on you? I had this problem in my coupe at one point. Try bleeding your brakes first. I assume you have a SR and probably have the tubular manifold it was heating up my BMC and breaking my fluid down from getting hot. Try heat wrapping your header. Also make sure your brake booster vacuum line doesn't have a leak I had a problem with my check valves.
