Does it only work with the hubs listed above? Will I be able to use this on a Momo crush type hub? Also, will the horn still function using this QR?

Yes the horn will still function with the car, you will need a hub with a cavity depth of about 2.5cm for the quick release to embed itself into. NRG SLIM WILL NOT WORK!
