you spent the time to swap it in and not drive it ? that makes me nervous. Compression tested ? what importer did you purchase swap from ?

It's saids never boosted not never driven. The motor runs fine.
I got a new block after I blew the turbo. Swapped the turbo, lost interest. New project going on
