User permissions issue

Hi,
The following user have a problem to post comments/ create new threads/ send private messages when he logged in. Just watch threads, same as guest:

The received error:
JohnC,you do not have premission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

His email is not confirmed. He needs to go into his gmail and look for a confirmation link from the server.

had to change to a different address and then back to get confirmation email.
Now all good.
Coming back as an active member is cool now that I am getting a new s14!
