1989 240sx Coupe, No Tags, Water Leak

I'm testing waters and putting up my s13 coupe up for sale. I believe I'm only the second owner of the car and the previous owner was a lady. Car has the typical wear and tear on the inside. Outside it has one minor scuff towards the rear passenger quarter panel. It's an original HUD model, automatic, sunroof, power everything and everything was still functioning the last time I drove it. It was going through water and overheating so I stopped driving it thinking it was the head gasket but I had a mechanic come over and says he doesn't believe it's the head gasket he believes it has a leak somewhere. No milk shake in oil. It will probably need a battery if not a charge. I would love to keep her but money is tight and I just finished paying funeral costs. My unfortunate situation is your gain. Tags have been expired since 2012 but I have no tickets on it since it's always been in my driveway. Title is clean and in hand. Odometer reads under 100k. I'll get specific number later. Any questions just ask and I'll give my number to only serious buyers. Asking $800 firm.
