Price: $300 OBO
Description: I have a set of 300ZX 26mm aluminum calipers for sale. Also included are four concept z performance drilled/slotted rotors, czp braided stainless steel lines attached to the hard lines, and a set of used hawk pads. They're either HPS or HP plus, I'm not sure. Per my measurement, the gap that encompasses the rotor on these is just over 30mm. This means they are 26mm calipers, not 30mm calipers, which measure approximately 35mm here. This is everything that came off my 300 when I put the SRT-8 front conversion and Z1 akebono rear conversion with lines on my Z. The only thing I reused were the caliper mounting bolts.
The good: These are the aluminum calipers offered on the 1990 non-turbo models (26mm for the non-turbos, 30mm for turbos). After '91, they switched to steel for the rest of production, which makes these ones superior, and hard to come by. These parts are also not original to the car, which is a 1990 non-turbo. They were purchased new and installed by the previous owner, sometime between 10,000 and 17,000 miles ago.
The bad: The steering wheel was shaking under hard braking. That may mean some of the rotors are warped or it may just mean the pads were not bedded properly or otherwise need replaced. Again, I'm not sure but you can always have them resurfaced.
