If you're really worried, get a wire brush, strip the paint and rust off. Primer/seal it and then spray some of those underbody rubber sprays.

I would.

But its not something you should be extremely worried about at the moment.

Rust just doesnt pop up as giant holes. Starts off as surface rust, so if it goes untreated it will be an issue later on.

If you time sand it down and paint it.

Take a picture of the top of the strut tower too, from the engine side
