S15 turbo spec-r

I have an s15 turbo that came out of my sr. I moved up to a different turbo and no longer need this. This is a ball bearing turbo and has the 11411-91f00 serial on the plate. It does not smoke and has 0 play on the shaft. I ran it at 14 psi during the time I had it. Im also including an hks actuator that is a $135 upgrade over the stock wg and the clocking plates.
