Post up how it goes as far as replacement and quality. I was thinking about putting zenki black to get rid of the ugly kouki gray.

I just installed new carpet in to my Zenki. You will be cutting a lot, so I recommend a good quality carpet knife. I do not recommend the mass backing as it makes it more difficult to install and the piece you get is pretty thick already. You will need to cut and then sew the carpet back together when going around the lower console because the console mount is welded. Make sure you get it all installed before you cut at the doors. I learned this all too well and now have a gap. Luckily the front seats keep it out of view.
Visually? It makes the interior look good!!
Good luck and go slow if you attempt it.. I would say at least an 8 hour job..

I've installed it in my 13 and my 14. Real simple and it looks good. It comes long all around and u have to cut out for shifter, ebrake, and all bolt holes. Cut the least amount possible your first go around because if u cut it short your fuked. And cut X's for a all bolt holes that way u don't have big holes under everything. Real simple tho I have it down to only taking a couple hours

I put a eBay carpet in my s13 (think it was the same seller) a few months ago. The fitment was pretty good and it looks great. Be prepared to do a bunch of cutting though. It is a very time consuming process to get everything just right but well worth it in the end.

If the carpet isn't torn up I suggest just painting it with SEM color coat. Did this to mine and it turned out great... looks and feels like oem black carpet.

It's called SEM color coat. I used satin black. Will need at least 2 cans. Be sure to wash the carpet good with carpet cleaner and rinse well with a hose. No need to brush the paint in or anything. Once the paint has dried you can run your hands through it to soften it up again.
