battery/brake lights on&off.

need some help.. my battery and brake lights comes on and off while driving... got my battery checked and it was good., just got my alternator replace couple of months ago. is it just a faulty alternator or something else? also the time and radio wont work anymore. Does anybody had this problem before?

I had this problem years ago. sounds like you have a short in the wiring.

i checked my wiring but everything is fine.. how do i fix it? do i need new wires?

i literally just had this issue, I would check the grounds from the battery terminals

I'm not an expert on S13's but if that's what you have then if I remember correctly there is a button in the brake pedal with a round disc type thing over it that when it wears out can start setting off the brake lights at random. Read a long time ago that some people just put a new washer or something of the right size to get it to stop. I do not remember how to fix it permanently though.

It shows up at the same time at battery.. and I look it up and some people says that the battery light just comes on with the brake even if the brake is good. So I think it's either alternator or wiring.

clean the battery terminal and the ground cable to the chassis and to the block.

Got it fixed.. it turns out, it's just the positive wire that connects to the alternator is loose.. what a stupid mistake.. lol. Thanks yall. I wouldn't have checked the wires if you guys didn't mention it.
