S13 power window problem (this ones weird)

So I have an s13 with factory power windows. They worked fine for a while, popped in a battery and turned the car on and they would function normally. Did an SR swap on the car and they still worked fine (repinned a new harness to work with dash). Then I took out the factory power mirrors and snipped the cable to the lens itself. The windows now do not move at all. Not any movement between any of them. Is this a common problem? What would be the solution? I have looked on various sites and have not gotten anymore information on the matter. Was thinking that maybe they are on the same circuit. If this is the case what would be the best way to fix this?

I would temporarily hook the mirror back up and see what happens.

Are you converting from power to manual mirrors?

Yes, i converted to manual mirrors (eastbears).

Turned out the problem was the amp itself. Wiring relays now. Will see how this all works
