was planning on slamming it and swapping but needing that $
bought from an acquaintance that works at a local tow yard was a police impound car runs great first day i bought i ran it for an hour straight no problems at all no over heating etc

USA only had SR5 vin JT2AE86 and GT-S vin JT2AE88
Canada had a lower trim DX which was identical to the Japanese AE85, which vin started with JT2AE85.
This model is an US model SR5, which is an AE86.

what???? no the corollas didnt start going fwd till around 88,89, and some ae111's are both fwd and rwd but 85/86 corollas are all rwd.. buuump OP id buy the crap out of this if i didnt need to fix my hatches cosmetics due to idiot drivers :(
