rb25 cam cap torque?

I'm looking for the rb25 cam cap torque spec and pattern. And yes i have searched but can't find anything that i can trust. I found this from another forum but I dont know if its right because I thought you always torque from the center outwards? But this guy is showing a pattern from the outside to the inside. Can anyone help?:confused:

"Cam bolts are 9-12Nm

1 5 9 13 11 7 3
2 6 10 14 12 8 4"

You will have to do a math unless you have a torque wrench with those measurements on it but that FSM has all the data you need.
