What's up everyone,

We'll I'm a mechanic in the Army Reserves and I'm looking to up a shop in south San Diego area since most are up in LA.

I need some input on what you guys think of my venture.

Everything from tune and lube to custom swaps/ parts Cnc :)

It depends on how much financial backing you have. A shop that is low car friendly and worked from pits and lifts are extremely beneficial, or find a way to accommodate both. Just beware of the area you plan on opening shops and plan out any security planning beforehand. There's no point in opening up a shop if your potential customers will get their parts/cars/etc stolen from a non-secure lot. Just my .02

We'll I have enough funding to get started, As for security that is very important and I'm searching for the right place in the right neighbor hood. Also if anyone know who I can talk to about becoming a dealer for parts lmk
