How much psi can the stock SR20 injectors take before they stop delivering enough fuel?
And if I got the 550cc injectors would I need an aftermarket fuel rail?

You'll max out the turbo before you max out the injectors.
Aside from the $bling factor 550cc injectors won't need a new rail.
Main reason to upgrade rail on SR is to switch to cheaper top feed injectors.

Not true. You'll max out the injectors before the turbo. I wouldnt go above 12psi on stock injectors with a stock t25 turbo. You shouldnt even go above 10-11 without a bigger intercooler. Ive reached 17psi on my stock t25 when I forgot to re-attach my wastegate line. PS this has been covered maaaaannny times before.

I only have a sidemount intercooler. I was planning on going up to 9psi, so I'm glad I should be good. BTW, how does that SSQV treat you without the recirc?
I did a search and came up with nothing...

Ive reached 17psi on my stock t25 when I forgot to re-attach my wastegate line. Just because you reached that much doesn't mean anything. Everything I've seen says that after ~15psi for T25 and ~17psi for T28 you're past the efficiency range for the turbo.

Stock 370cc Injectors on a SR are maxed out over 12PSI. The turbo maxes out around a bar depending on how healthy it is.
9psi should be fine. Thats what I'm running. :)

The ssqv runs rich for a second between shifts un-recirculated. Thats the only problem im having. 9psi is fine with the stock sidemount.
