I'm planning on getting project my brake pads for my s13 next week and I have a 5 lug conversion with stock rotors and calipers. It's a single piston caliper would that be okay to run with those pads or even possible? If not which calipers should I get links?

If the car is daily driven, I would suggest not getting these. They can be loud and annoying if that sort of thing bothers you.
If you're looking for something that'll stop a KA, OEM or even Hawks are the best value. But if you've got a ton of power, you'll need bigger brakes like Z32's. If you want to go the aftermarket route, you'll still need bigger rears like Z32's.

Project Mu makes several different pads for our cars. They manufacture OEM replacements to Sintered Iron race pads. Which were you looking at and What are you going to do with it?
Tire width is much more important than rim width. The TYPE NS will lock up my 245's in the rear easy. They have the D1 spec that is designed for drifting.

Works great, but too much dust, so I had to switch to OEM pads.
If you don't mind dust, get them.

Which pads from them?

Yeah I had a set of NS's on my R32, great bite and stopping power but holy crap they squeaked so bad at low speed light braking
I have Dixels now, great for DD'ing and spirited driving with a little squeak but not bad

I get the Centric Stoptech brake pads for my car. Stock rear s14 brakes lock up real nice. They're dusty on the front but still very quiet and pretty good stopping power. I run 9.5 and 10s on the rear with 225/40/18
