Ok ive been working on my 240 for a while now (almost a year)and i finally put the motor back together, made the I/C piping, and all the other good stuff, but i went drive it and its very very slow.

it boosts just fine around .7bar but it doesnt go anywhere!
i was told to check my timing so i took off my valve cover and checked the dots and they were 11 links apart and followed the directions on heavy throttle, but it was all correct.

if any of you guys can give some ideas of what i need to check i would appreciate it!

BTW, i didnt use a timing light would that help?

I think it would help if you told us what kind of engine in what chassis :)

Do you feel any difference in power when it boosts at all?

obviously you have the turbo connected to the exhaust manifold since it spools to .7 bar, but do you have it connected to the intake?

nah sorry man i cant(me :mrmeph: ) help but goodluck

it really does sound like your timing, try turning the CAS to the opposite side and see if it helps or not, fiddle with it first...(the CAS)
