I am placing my 7 up for a feeler sale. I been a 7 owner since 2001 and this is my 3rd MB FD. If the right buyer comes along I am willing to let her go. I’m in no rush to sell as there are no liens and she has her own spot in the garage permanently so please no low ballers. There is room for reasonable negotiations.

The car has been fully rebuilt from the ground up by IRP (reputable rotary specialist shop in Metuchen, NJ), there are no areas of the car that has not been turned or inspected. Car was built from a bare bone roller from PA. I put about 6k miles on the motor in over a 2 year period of time. She is always garaged indoors under covers and warmed up to 85 degrees prior to driving and no boost 20 minutes prior to destination arrival.
The reason for potential sale is due to the fact that I do not have time to enjoy the car as much, literally I drove the car once or twice a month on a weekend for an hour or so… You can guess how many times that is out of the year given that NY/NJ weather is 4 seasons. Also, the fact that she is a secondary vehicle and I don’t drive on daily basis, this car needs an owner who can fully appreciate the beast within her.
The mods are as follows, I’m sure I will miss several details as I took close to 2 years collecting parts to build this car. Parts were either new or purchased through the forum through reputable sellers only, used parts were inspected by IRP prior to installation through request.

All of the parts that are not listed below were transferred from my previous FD with 82k miles, during the transfer each part was inspected to make sure they function as intended, those that were not were replaced or repaired.
Motor approximately 6,000 miles
Motor was broken in until 3,000 miles under 4k RPM and Idemitsu 10w30 was changed every 1,000 miles. Gas fill up always done with 93+ octane with Idemitsu Premix. NGK plugs 9 all around switched out twice during break in and once more before Rena’s tune.
