Tailight/Daytime running light Fuse Blows

All of a sudden, when I turn the headlight switch to just one click to turn on

my daytime running lights, a fuse blows.

No tailights at night!

Where should I start to troubleshoot this problem?

i had the same problem bout a month ago. just follow all the wiring to your lights and search for shorts( my tailight wires were sitting in a puddle where my spare goes, leaky sidemarker) and then move to the dash if that isnt it

Did you replace the bulbs in the rear lights?

Did you replace the bulbs in the rear lights?
I didn't replace the bulbs for the rears coz they all new.
I started troubleshooting and disconnected the front daytime running lights and no more blown fuse. It's has to do with the harness leading to the front daytime running lights/turn signals, but I haven't pin pointed the problem yet.

Nope, but I did splice the hot wire before to branch power to some fog lights. I went back to where I spliced and sealed everything, but still blown though I know it still has to do with the front daytime/signal lights.
I'm still assuming it's the harness leading to it.
Still inspecting the harness behind the front bumper.....
Is there an easier way to troubleshoot?

Wait, wait, you spliced your fog lights into your wires for the headlights? Did the fog lights com with their own little fuse box? Could be that your fog lights are improperly spliced and are creating unecessary load on your electrical. Check the splicing and make sure you're not causing the overload yourself.
