Engine: CA18DET
Questions: How hard is the swap? Will I need to do any wiring job (extention doesnt count)? Any other parts that I will need to make the engine run?
If there is a website with swap info for this swap please tell.
Thank you.

The CA18 swap is just about identical to swapping an SR20 into an S13, labor-wise. Same wiring effort as well. Remember, both of these engines were in this chassis within a year of each other. As for a website... none that I've found. I got most of my info from the CA forum on NICO; do some searching over there if you can't find what you need here.

I did a little research no SR's and CA's and people who are doing swaps are buying front clips. Whats up with that? Why clips cant they just buy an engine with transmission?

clips give you all the visual ammenities as well as little parts you need

ca18det swaps are next to impossible, no matter what anyone tells you, just get an SR, they are so much easier and cheaper for parts and whatnot, oh yea, CA18det also come with JDM gremlins that chew headgaskets to pieces. so yea, dont get one. clips show you how the shit is supposed to look once your done, and they are more commonly complete with uncut harness and all the parts, it also protects the motor durring shipping, ive seen plenty of banged up motor sets,
Doesnt a CA fit more nicely into an 89-90 or something?

no accually the ca fits better into the 91-94, because the power steering lines goto the wrong side on the 89-90
