A set of wheels i've been wanting has shown up so i've decided to try and get rid of these quickly.
For Sale:
Brand/Model: SSR Type C / Competition, Gun Metal w/ Machined Lip
Specs: 17x8 +37 (5x114.3). Center Bore has been drilled out to 64.1mm for fitment on most hondas.
THESE ARE THE VERSION 1 TYPE Cs/COMPETITIONS with the machined lip. These are EXTREMELY light, with the 17x8s coming in around 14/15 lbs. These ARE lighter than the new versions of the Type Cs
Tires: NOT UP TO DATE PICTURES OF TIRES. 2x 225/45 Nexen N3000 tires with 70%+ left 2x Federal ss595 235/40. Willing to part the tires as i wouldnt mind keeping them.
Condition: The wheels could use some freshening up. The previous owner did not take very good care of the wheels so there are some MINOR rash and spots where the clear coat could use some wet sanding. There is no deep rash and no cracks on the wheels.
These are almost the ideal size for a DD on most cars with a modest width and offset. It should provide ample clearance for BBKs as they clear mine with room to spare.
Price: $1100 OBO with tires. Willing to negotiate a bit, but these are authentic wheels, and have been discontinued (these are V1 so they are lighter). Can also dismount tires if you do not want them.
