View Full Version : Help Identify Mystery SR Cams

So I got digging into an old s13 SR that I have. It has HKS cam gears but I can't figure out what cams are in it. the only markings on them are both cams have TAE on them. one its stamped in the other is sticks out. one also says PC1 and the other says PC2. there is also VDX3 stamped into one and UPU1 stamped into the other. I measured out the lift and at the cam the intake cam is .264" and the exhaust cam is .255".

As much as I can find the rocker ratio is 1.53 so these are larger then stock cams. 9.90 and 10.25 lift. anyone have any ideas or know what cams these are?

Just off the lift they are definitely not stock...

its weird that I can't find a damn thing about them. the duration doesnt look to be much either

Whats difficult too is there are blanks and many machine shops tha t can do custom cams
