Anyone live in Chicago?????

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone from this forum lives in the chicago area.  I'll be there from 11/5 to 11/9.  Work related, but on my own at night.  I don't want to be stuck in a hotel all night.....

 I work for SONY Corp.,  I work in the Engineeirng department.

I'm staying at the Hoilday Inn on North River Road.  I have a rental car so I can drive around some.  

I am always working or talking about cars and just thinking about not working on or talking about cars is going to drive me crazy.. heheheheheh

Grumpy, what option videos do u have? there r like 10 here at a local shop that i can rent for $2 a night n i have vol. 11. just wondering if u would be interested in trading so to speak, like copies of them, email me if u want to. i just love the option videos, except for the tuning ones where they talk a lot cuz i don't understand japanese.

hey grumpy, u flyin on the 5th OR 3-4th?? this Sat-Sun 3-4th our regional road course track is havin their open house.....pig roast, open track ($charge of course).... rental cars are GREAT for that! its 2hrs out of Chicago in South Haven Michigan, Gingerman Raceway.

Yea, &nbsp;I use to drive a R31 all the time to school. &nbsp;I go back every 2 years to see family and friends. &nbsp;My mom hates it cause I still go out racing everynight........ &nbsp;Nothing like two GTR's going over 300km........

I sometimes talk to the guy (Osofast), &nbsp;he does have a nice car. &nbsp;I can't wait till he gets it running. &nbsp;Should be lots of fun when I am out that way Drag racing. &nbsp;He has a link to my webpage on his.

let us midwesterners know if ur coming out to Route 66 Dragway in Joliet IL. they host Battle of Imports and may add more venues for 2002. remember.....thats where Kubo hit 9s, skunk2, Glazer, Rau have ALL had incredible times....the sea level agrees!!

MCT Racing (a friend of mine) on Argyle
Cybertek In chinatown off of halstead (another friend of mine)
Cybertek actually has a 1998 240 SX but he's got one broken headlight (what a shame!) but it looks nice.

umm..that's about it... i know that some people wants to beat up the guy at bodywerks because he screwed them over...so i don't recommend bodywerks at all..his name is larry..
