Hello everyone, My name is Justin and I and scared of my phone.
I recently started the 10 step program to phone phobia.
While I am only on step 2 which starts with being able to touch your phone, it has taken me along time to get to this point.
I am working really hard to over come my phobia. it has taken me a long time to even talk about it to my close friends and family member. While the road to success is long, I know that I have already come along way.
Here is to only looking forward from here, while never looking back.
