Engine not cranking

I have a 1995 ka with a s13 wiring harness in my 89 s13. The ecu died and i got another one and plugged it in and it worked just fine. A day later the check engine light turned on and so did the battery light but drove just fine with no issues. I unplugged the battery and then reattached it to see if that would get rid of the check engine light possibly. I turn the key and the engine doesn't even crank over at all. Battery works fine the dash lights up and my dome light works. There is no clicking when i turn the key. I turn the key and nothing happens at all. If someone can point me in a direction that would be great. Thanks in advance

Have you checked all your fuses?

Doesn't click? Try tapping on the starter with a pipe or something. You should be able to see it from the passenger side.

checked all fuses, grounds and connections still nothing.

Check that big gray fuse in the main fuse box.

does everything shut off with the key moved to start?
