Ok guys i have a small hole on the egr tube going to the headers. i plugged up the side of the headers now i have a small hole on my egr tube. will that hole make the car surge over the 3k rpms or when i step on it? any help will be greatly appreciate it.

Why don't you find out for yourself instead of relying on someone else's knowledge.
The EGR's function is to recirculate some of the exhaust fumes back into the intake manifold.
If there is a hole in the hose that connects to the top of the EGR valve. Replace the hose.

i dont completely understand your question but either way i dont think you should expect any surging no matter the state of your egr tube (ie-holes, missing yet unplugged, etc)

Ok thanks. ya I found out I need to replace downstream o2 sensor that's probably makin me surge.
