hey everyone I've bin trying to figure this out for about 3 weeks now but i cant seem to find a way to tighten up the fittings on the turbo end of my circuit sports turbo lines i believe the fitting is a 19mm or 3/4 but i cant fit the wrench head in the middle of the exhaust housing and the compressor housing to tighten them up and i am getting tired of searching around for a simpler way to do it. id appreciate the help tons. i miss driving my car.

Not sure which one you're talking about but if it's the one closest to the block and they are like the oem lines I think you'll have to take the turbo off...if it's not that one then a box wrench or socket should get to it

I do have the turbo taken off and it's on the CHRA if the turbo if I'm not mistaken its the coolant return and the coolant feed lines they are both 19mm or 3/4 but sockets won't fit because the lines attached and a wrench won't fit between the compressor housing and the exhaust housing because the head on the wrenches are all too fat to even get any kind if grip on the fitting

Seriously?

Open ended wrench, or even a redneck crescent wrench at an angle. They only need to be tightened to 10-15 ft-lbs, as it's an AN fitting, not a high tension bolt.

I need to get some open ended wrenches and give it a try and as far as the torque specs that's new info to me. Thanks for the input.

This is one reason I like -4 AN hoses for the coolant lines. I have no idea why -6 became the "standard" for aftermarket coolant lines. The fittings are a bit harder to get to vs. the -4 stuff.

I get what you mean it's bein a pain in the ass for a while now trying to get this done. I can ink imagine how much easier it would be if they were -4 AN like you mentioned

It would have been the same for you, you would have still been trying to use the wrong tool for the job
