17x7 +40 4x114.3 Wheels and Tires

Got 4 wheels with tires up for sale. The person I bought them from did not have any knowledge of offset, said they were +11. So I drove 4 hours total to get these wheels, just to get home and see that they are +40. I was tired from driving, and trusted dude so I did not check offset myself

Wheels are in good shape, very clean. Tires are decent.

Yea pretty much, I just ran me as blasters for the rear. I was gonna run em on all 4 corners with grippy tires, but I'm selling my car now instead
