Need help, my 30 amp ignition fuse keeps blowing.
Where should I start looking for problems?

You should start by looking at the wiring diagram.

What was the last thing you did before this started to happen? The wiring diagram will help you narrow down where the short is by letting you know what parts are connected to that fuse. You don't waste time looking at another portion that isn't even connected to what you're looking for. And as far as your problem goes, something must be grounding out, possibly a pinched wire or if you did wiring then something was hooked up wrong.

Never had this problem until yesterday, I replaced my battery terminals and I replaced a couple tail light bulbs, but that couldn't be related to the ignition fuse right?

UPDATE: Turns out I rubbed the harness that runs next to the front wheel when I lowered my coils. fixed the insulation on the worn wires, popped in a new fuse and I'm good to go! Also relocated the harness so I dont have this issue in the future.

awesome, make sure you tuck it real well and zip tie it up there. I'm sure that has happened to everyone of us on this forum.
