Ok my brakes feel like SHITTTTT and i have tried everything !
Brand new 300zx BMC
Brand new Brake booster
Rebuilt 300zx front and 240sx rear calipers
To sum it up i have to stand up on them to get the car to slow down or even skid!
i have around 15-25 vacuum

i was researching something about the brake proportioning valve
but from what i read it is built into the BMC !

ANY help would be great!

What size BMC are you using? I used to run the z32 17/16 and the pedal travel was very minimal and a bit hard so I switched to the z31 15/16.

Dumb question, but are they bled properly? Is the bleeder valve of the caliper mounted on top? I made that screw up the first time I installed Z32 brakes.

+1 bleeder goes to the bottom. Don't ask how i know that....

running 300Z TT fronts and 240 rears with s13 master. Works perfect.

The bleeder does not go on the bottom.

The 17/16" master makes for a pretty stiff pedal.

It's like preschool in here sometimes!

This is correct for bleeder placement, if not the bottom then that leaves? The top people... sheesh!
I run a stock s13 bmc, with r32 30mm fronts and full z32 rears, I've changed boosters because of manifolds and broken bmc mounting studs. Never faced a hard pedal or mushy pedal, bleeding problems, stopping problems or fade. Still thinking of doing the z32 bmc though, probably just to call it completed. my 2ยข but...:lfault:

oops, I meant to say bleeder goes to the top. That's why I +1 'ed the previous comment.
