I have a fully built KA24DE with 0 miles for sale that was built with the intention of pushing over 900whp. The bottom end was put together by Fonse Performance (builders of the 1000whp+ Import DPS KA-T) with that goal in mind.. I have receipts for almost everything... I'm looking to trade for a 2jz with a r154 or built auto.. Text me at 609 four five six 9773 if you have any questions..
Here's a rundown of what's in the long block:
Here is the machine work done:
Full engine clean and paint
Magnafluxed and pressure checked
Resurfaced block
Main line hone
Bored to 90mm to with torque plate
O-ringed block
New freeze plugs
Fully balanced rotating assembly (Everything from the crank pulley to the clutch)
Custom 11mm Timesert style inserts for headstuds (the timeserts would pull out when torquing)
Copper O-rings
Resurfaced head
Port and polish
5 angle valve job
Clearanced made for camshafts
Pressure checked
Parts installed:
Cosworth 1.5mm head gasket
Crower 280 cams
BC Dual Valve springs
BC Ti Retainers
Mahle 90mm 9:1 pistons
Crower I-beam rods
ACL Coated Race Main and Rod bearings
ARP L19 11mm headstuds
ARP main studs
ATI Crank Pulley
All new OEM timing chain, tensioners, and guides (straight from the dealership)
All new seals
Wrinkle black powder coated valve cover with 2 -10AN bung
I'll even throw in the custom T3 exhaust manifold if interested..
If the engine is traded (or sold), I can include or sell separately the following items:
Precision 6466 or 6766
New mazworx Z32 transmission swap kit with 2 z32 transmissions and driveshaft yoke to make a custom driveshaft.

Custom Intake manifold with q45 throttle body
Custom Exedy Triple Disc clutch rated for over 1000hp (brand new discs and flywheel)
