hey guys im confused on this part of the wiring during my sr swap. the main plug for the ecu theres a white plug coming out of the bundle of wires that i cnat seem to find a mate for under the dash, was wondering if anybody who has done the swap can help me out thanks..

POP out the glove box lining, making the glove box swing down. You will now be able to see and reach it better. It is about 8nches above and 2 inches to the left from the ECU.

You have to use the white plug off of your KA harness, and splice it into the SR harness. They won't plug in, it's female/female or male/male, it's been almost 2 years since my wiring was done, i can't remember which.
no no i got that plug above the ecu, theres another white plug sitting in back of the dash, not the white plug coming out of the main ecu plug but coming out of the bundle of wires farther back theres another white plug i dont no where it goes!!

can you post a picture that will give everyone a better idea of what you are talking about
wish i had access to a scanner or i woulda in the beginning, the best i can describe it, is alright, when you feed the main ecu plug through the firewall about 10 inches higher on the bundle there is a white plug that hangs out and its right where the firewall is and have no idea where it goes its just there i looked n looked and cant see ne thing so i dunoo

I am pretty sure the one your taslking about is the one that goes nowhere, just wrap it with electric tape with the harness.

Its right at the harness hole in the firewall right?
yah its jus chillin right out of the harness at the firewall!
