Great shape, no cracks. Some guy in Japan did a pretty good job with the header wrap. Comes with good shape reusable locking plates and inlet gasket + stock turbo nuts.

I understand trying to get a deal, but some of the shit offers I've gotten have really made me wonder what's going on with this forum... And counteroffers like $10-20 higher to at least make it to where I'm not eating every cost on me end are just too high to meet their lowball expectations.

Added an overall shot of the turbo since imageshack butchered my other shots. Again, comes with HKS wastegate, inlet/outlet, and oil drain. This is not some bare T28 that I'm going to sell for $300.

That's been the way of Zilvia for atleast 5 years now. You can list an item for free that's worth $100 and people on the forum STILL want you to pay for shipping and Paypal costs. This is the shitshow that a majority of the S-Chassis community has become......

$380 shipped and paypal'd is less than $340 for the turbo. Regardless, it's annoying when you get offers over 25% less than your asking price. Most would say that's firmly in low ball territory.

I'm always willing to work a deal with somebody, but I get irritated when I get insulting offers. Yours wasn't the only one, or even the lowest...

Really i got one for under 700 new I understand the wastegate and all that but he could have taken all that off for all I care.

I hate bickering so this is my last post on this thread.

I did buy his outlet pipe great guy good packing and think highly of him for the care he put into it........

The turbo is a good deal as it is. Most of us know how much they go for new. Most of us know that the actuator is a nice little upgrade to have and worth money on it's own. Most of us also know that you can't even use the turbo without the inlet and outlet pipes. The asking price is about half of what it would cost to put this setup together brand new.

With that being said this will be MY last post in this thread because I don't want to clutter up Jacob's thread anymore. Good luck with the sale man! I'm sure there are at least a couple people left around here who don't have to lowball the crap out of you and then justify it with some imaginary criteria of why they're just in doing so.

You do know an HKS wastegate is $155? If you want to make more than 280 rwhp it's pretty much necessary over the stock actuator on the turbo.

So yea, like Racepar said, it's AT LEAST a $800 new setup, if not closer to $900+ when new.

You might think it's fair, but for future reference, offering someone <75% their asking price for items usually falls into low ball territory.

I'm not mad or anything, but I am a bit shocked at how we had an easy transaction on the outlet pipe at which we reached a fair price (that was about 60-65% new), and yet you seem to insinuate I'm being unreasonable on the turbo.

I guess there's just an attitude here that whatever money you have in your paypal account is a reasonable number, and anything higher than that is "dreaming" or whatever the kids these days say.



I thought these items were sold, but I haven't seen any money hit my paypal account, so feel free to make reasonable offers people. Despite the bickering in my thread, I'm actually a reasonable guy.

I have an external wastegate I plan to run on the stock manifold. and with 4 previous builds and plenty of turbo swaps I know I have everything i needed somewhere but I already got this so im going to keep my wastegate for a latter time.

You know what's funny, I did a quick search on the part number for the turbo, and then I realized the sheet is from 2012...........And ontop of that, every damn thing on the list you posted is knock shit show quality products!

So not only did you bring up an old sheet (with pricing that has since been rescinded for the liquidation of thier stock), you compared the price to a chinese shitty turbo counterpart that will probably self clearance itself in a few miles.

I'm pretty well convinced that the shitty car is yours. I am COMPLETELY unconvinced that the engine bay shot is yours. If that's your engine then why in the fucking world are you even trying to lowball for the turbo that was in this thread? That engine already has a turbo, a BIG turbo at that. Also, the turbo elbow that you bought from this thread won't work with that setup. Plus you're talking about buying a 2871r, but the engine in the pic already has a turbo on it. If you're trying to make yourself look like a baller you're not doing a very good job of it. You just look like a clown...
