Horrible experience with this company, horrible follow up time and advertisement.

I inquired about wheels they had and quoted me a price(little over market but whatever) I paid a partial payment/deposit that i agreed would be non refundable if flaked on purchase/didn't pay in full, Just to hold the wheels for (2)days.

They sent me an image of the wheels and said these are the exact ones you are getting minus the tires. Okay great, whats your PayPal email.

Paid in full for the wheels and just as a follow up and how meticulous I am about things I had to ask and make sure the center caps were included after I paid and before they shipped them because they were in the pictures. and otherwise remotely impossible to find because they are discontinued.

DSAS auto responds saying they were not sure if they were coming with the wheels because they had to ask their "friend". later they responded with, "we never specified they were going to be with the wheels". I obviously feel ripped off at this point and let them know the wheels have bolts and those are part of the wheels and will those be taken out too? sarcastically because they're 3 piece wheels and failed to disclose they were ALSO taking the center caps off the wheels, wtf kind of business removes things after a customer purchases? anyways.

I immediately let them know I wanted my refund back and they only wanted to give back a certain amount leaving my partial payment/deposit for them to keep since they think i flaked?(even though i paid in full and obviously wanted the wheels), I guess if they told me they were sending hot wheels to me and i refused thats flaking?

Went back and forth through PayPal and they only refunded a portion back after 2 weeks and now 3 weeks in I got the rest back through my personal bank. Main issue being is they sent me a money request on PayPal under "non tangible goods" and good thing I clearly noted that this payment/deposit was for tangible goods and not just random service which saved me from my loss.(Shady way of asking for a deposit/payment. Maybe they do this often I don't know and can't say)

TL;DR - Make sure you clearly take note with these dicks what comes with the items you're buying from them even if its advertised "exactly in picture" or else they'll start taking shit out or not notify you that they are removing items from your purchase, Leaving you with an incomplete and dissatisfied purchase. Luckily I caught them just in time. :bs:

I went ahead and found someone on Zilvia who sold me a whole set for almost near the price i was going to pay for 2 wheels and he was more professional than the monkeys at DSAS Auto Boutique, Customers aren't first for them and would rather burn their reputation over some center caps/small payment than to refund money for something they f**ked up on.

Just want to let my Zilvian's know to beware of these guys and any other business to be clear and note what they advertise or you will get screwed over.
