They do have a rep on here. Dan is frequently posting in the roll center/knuckle thread.... Theyre not just going to give you a discount because youre a member on zilvia though.

Best way to contact them is to call them if you have any questions. I doubt there will be a price break as many including myself ordered lots of parts from them or in person. They're cool dudes and the quality speaks for itself. Shoot them a call I'm sure Nate, Dave, or Dan can assist you with any questions (858) 566-6969

They sell at a low margin already. I have discussed this many times. That is why they do not have any other vendors carry their products.

Word, thanks fellas I appreciate the help. After what ive read and what my intentions are ive concluded that the pbm coilovers are a must. Im still stuck between their rucas and tension rods and spl but im definitely going for quality versus a convenient price

If you want something you'll never have to replace, SPL hands down. I replaced PBM RUCA's on my car last year with SPL rucas.
The finish was all chipped / peeling away, the rod ends threaded portion were hollow (horrible for strength) I actually broke one a few years ago driving on the highway oh and the thread pitch is unknown so you can't even replace them with quality ends. As i took mine to a machine shop to see if they could rethread.

Did you bother to hit PSM up to let them know of said failure and see if they wanted it back to help them with R&D? Also there are a few accounts of SPL failing so they are not some magical product immune to failure.

I did contact Pbm for replacement of the rod end and one bent arm. The arm I did mail back. I thought it was odd how they broke since they are track tested by abusive drifters.
I haven't bothered with any of the new stuff, are the rod ends solid now? Made from quality metal?

Good on you for sending it back, most will just toss it in the trash and call it trash without thought of how can this help them.

Lol, you really think I went to a machine shop with the intent of getting something rethreaded without first finding the given threads? They went through different pitch gauges and used a caliper.

Yes, I do.
You dont re-thread a control arm, you replace it.
If you owned a caliper and a thread pitch gauge, you wouldnt be talking like someone who is clueless.

I went to the machine shop to find out if it was doable, learned it wasn't possible, logical or smart. I then replaced them with spl. In the end, they don't use standard thread so you can't replace them with fk, qa1 etc. Which was what I wanted to do at first.
