s13 cranks but wont start

i have a 1990 240sx with a ka24de swap, after driving for about 20 minutes i came home shut off my car went inside, came back out after about 5 minutes, started it again and backed out and then it died and wont start anymore, its got fuel and spark and cranks but will not start.

Does anyone know what else it could be?

Is fuel getting into every cylinder, fuel pressure good, did you check every plug for spark, is everything grounded properly? While you're checking plugs go ahead and do a compression test, you can usually rent the testing kit at parts stores. Only other thing would be timing but if it was running previously and you didn't overheat or over-rev that shouldn't be the problem.
