What exactly do I need to repaint my s14?
-Primer/sealer
-Body filler
-Clearcoat
Also what type of paint should I use? Enamel, Base coat, Lacquer, urathane?
Thanks for any input guys!

If you need to ask, chances are you shouldn't be doing it yourself. No offence but as a person who's been in a body shop for the pat 4 years (basically a noob still), there's a lot more to it than just knowing what to get.
Take it to a shop, they'll know what they need and how to do it.

you dont need any of that, just go to walmart and get some rustoleum spray paint

Base/clear is basically the standard.
As far as fillers and primers go it's basically just like paint, cheaping out will show in finished product.

You need a crap ton of patience if you're filling dings and want to do it the right way by removing your original base layer. I painted my s14 last year. Spent about 50 hours in prep work.

Nothing wrong with wanting to learn and do it yourself. We all start somewhere. You can get good results if you're patient and follow this to the T.

Research online a lot, there are tons of videos and tutorials out there. Urethane is the most popular paint type currently, I think.
Dents get taken down to metal, then filler/bondo, then surfacer/filler primer. Raw plastic like new bumpers can get flex adhesion promoter before primer. If your current finish is just faded or peeling, you scuff the paint and put sealing primer on. Then Base Coat / Clear Coat or Single Stage.
Base coat / clear coat is more work and materials / cost, but it allows you to apply color in one process and then the shine / gloss in a separate process. For a novice this can give more places to stop and fix mistakes.
Single Stage can also look great and I sprayed SS (ordered metallic by mistake) my first time using a real gun as practice on a fender, and it came out shockingly good.

Yea I know I'm in for a lot of work due to getting rear ended and fixing the minor rust that's on it.. I know how to weld (its kinda what I do for a living lol) so that's always a positive lol
