So I need some tech help here. if anyone has Microsoft office word laying around, or has some extra copies to give, then I could really use one.

yes I could go and drop $100.00 bucks and get it that way, but iam a broke tuner, and iam calling out to my like minded tuners that might have a free/extra copy to help a fellow wheelman out???

iam currently running windows 8 on my main computer and 7 on my tuner book. not sure if whatever you would have would work for both? thank you!!

Whats so special about Microsoft Word? Just go download Open Office if you need a free suite or use Google Docs.

thing with that is I can download a wrong file or a virus right?? wouldn't it be easier if someone emailed me the program that they know is safe??

There are torrent files like that but if you choose one that has been downloaded many times and peered I would say its safe to download. Usually the ones with high seed and leech are trust worthy.

You can also look online for product keys and go onto microsofts website and download their full trial version. I believe my work computer used this method and even though they found out mine was hacked I am still able to use it everyday

If torrents are too much due to worry of viruses etc. just use google docs, anything you create will be instantly saved to their server so in the event your computer dies you do not lose them.
