Hey Guys,
First off i'm not your average 240SX owner. I'm 33 and have owned my fair share of cars before I turned into a full nissan fanatic. I graduated from UCSD with an Electrical Engineering degree, so i'm a stickler for details and hate when I see any kind of loose ends in the car. Same goes for any creaks/squeaks/weird noises; its the last thing you want to be thinking about flying around a corner at 100 mph (shocking but I do mostly grip events!). Anyway enough about me...
I have a new project arriving soon and I need to get rid of one of my S14's (I have two). I was planning on painting the front prior to posting (hood and fenders have oxidation, one fender has some rust/bondo), but I thought some might want to purchase it prior to paint so they can go their own route. Driver side rear 1/4 panel also has a slight crease. This is a NON SUNROOF MODEL! For you tall guys this is a god send because you can finally fit with your helmet on; having a lighter/stiffer chassis is nice too.
As for the motor, its an S14 blacktop SR20DET with an S14 T28 which has recently undergone an OEM rebuild with ACL race bearings (cracked a piston ring, but car was shut off right away. Block showed no damage but we honed it anyway). Motor is still currently being broken in (20 more miles), but she idles like a lexus and starts up everytime (yes even in the morning). Turbo is in great condition with zero shaft play and/or damage to the fins. You won't find any strange noises/smoke/unconnected hoses/wires/plugs/loose bolts in my engine bays.
Car is located in City of Industry/Alhambra area, but I can arrange for transport if you are out of state. This car has proven to be extremely reliable for me and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a long road trip if you want to drive it home. More information below, for fastest response please PM me.
