Hey all, I need your community's help.

I am quite interested in a car and probably going to get it today if it checks out. I've already been in contact with the owner.

He says it's a shop car and a few people have recognized it/texted him with interest. The story he tells me is this is a shop car out of Tennessee. It was sold to someone in FL where it didn't do much for a little bit, and then he (GA) bought it.

He does not know the name of the shop/have a link to the build thread (if there is one) but if you guys think you might know of it - please very much share it with me! For what it's worth, even with a stock block (everything else verifiable) it's a good deal for a running, driving 97.

Ð5000 (about $4.50) to the first person who find it :)

Found this, but it's the same guy.

Okay guys thanks so far. Either way, I'm thinking for a seemingly well-done '97 it's quite a deal. Still hoping for someone who recognizes it :)

Nice observation about the Zenki tails. If he wasn't saying he has the clean title in hand (with his name on it), I'd have turned away very quickly.

And goddamnit. Sucks not having a truck/way to get it. Uhaul failed me.

Hopefully he still has it tomorrow

I've never seen this car on 240Atlanta. I'm regularly in the area it's for sale in and have never seen it around on the roads either.

But that being said, the sticker on the ecu says AutoVaughn Performance, and a quick Google of that name says it's a shop in TN. Here's all the info from their contact. Call them since their sticker is on it. Maybe it was their shop car. Good luck.
