Cheap Kouki 1996 5 Speed SoCal

My original asking price was $5,700. Those of you who know can part this car out and get MORE than what you buy it for. I need to sell the car ASAP so parting out isn't an option for me. Keep in mind I was being offered around $4,800 which now I regret not accepting. So my loss your gain. At this price I expect her to sell so first one with cash in hand takes it

1996 240sx with a Kouki conversion
Pearl White
Chassis has 194k miles on it
Engine is swapped to a 1998 KA with approximately 155k miles
5 speed manual transmission
Base model; Non ABS (weight savings, yea!)
Gray leather front and rear seats
Trunk is gutted out (more weight savings!)
No radio but does have pioneer speakers

Pros
Exterior:
OBD II Converted
Full OEM Kouki front end which includes:
-OEM USDM Headlights
-OEM USDM corners tinted yellow
-OEM JDM K's grille
-OEM JDM Kouki bumper
-OEM Kouki retainer
-OEM Kouki bumper support
-OEM metal fenders
-OEM Hood
-Greddy rep front lip
-DMAX clear turn signals
Tinted Kouki Tail lights (you can peel them off if you really don't like them)
XXR 962 Rims 17x9 all around w/ Brand New tires
One Piece steel driveshaft; professionally balanced and painted
In-Trax springs in the front, stock in the rear
Brand new Ichiba hubcentric 25mm spacers in front
Varrstoan neo chrome lug nuts w/ key

Interior:
Momo Steering Wheel with Hub
Base Kouki door panels with black inserts

Mechanically:
Wiring was messed up by previous owner but I took it to the shop to get it fixed professionally by a shop
Did a major tune up less than 5 miles ago which include:
-Mobil 1 5w-30 oil
-NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
-Brand new exhaust manifold gasket
-Brand new head gasket
-Brand new spark plug cables
-Brand new radiator
-Brand new EGR pipe
-(2) Brand new couplings on the intake
-Brand spanking new battery (with lifetime warranty)
-Alternator replaced
-Resurfaced heads
-Valves adjusted as well
Injen Carb Legal Short Ram Intake

Cons:
Salvaged title, previous owner told me it was a front end accident on the passenger side
Tags expire in April
Cosmetic issues:
-Interior has some broken/missing parts
-Not the best paint job
Hood latches but not completely
No muffler
Will need smog, preferably with someone "you know" :naughty:
Speedometer and tachometer doesn't work properly (loose connection)
The dash has a crack on the drivers side (common 240 issue)
Might need a wheel balance ($15 at Goodyear)
Distributor timing is off as of right now which causes a rough start and limits the car at ~3k RPM's

At this price I'm already losing significantly more than I put in
Pink slip in hand
The car is definitely in better condition than when I bought it but I just don't drive it
Cash only- that means no checks, wire transfers, etc

Yes sir that's why she's at $4500. It's the cheapest Kouki I've seen in my area and you can always part her out and get like $5k+ I have to get rid of her now which means someone can come up on this car

Yes it needs the tags. I'm not sure about the smog it's just a heads-up
As for the timing it wasn't adjusted properly when the head gasket was replaced
