I was wondering, do these OEM kouki front bumpers fit directly on 89-93 240's or do they require some modification? Also, is it safe to assume that there is a ZERO percent chance of locating the front kouki OEM lip? Thanks for any help.

It will fit, just remember to get teh side pieces.

Try callin motorex or rb motoring, i remember speaking to one of em, they could get the replica lip in fiberglass. Or Phase2motortrend can get teh urathane lip i think.

Holy crap thats expensive. I would be willing to shell out 350 for the front, but why the hell is the lip more than the front and the side pieces are 150? Maybe I'll take the knockoff route and get those bumpers with everything molded together, I just want the OEM look (real clean).

what did you win? a new car? nooo, instead a kick to the shins by a race horse. yaaaaaaaaahhh

let's let people who know FIRST HAND about it post mmk?

you definately DONT need the Japan bumper support
you will need the side peices

bolt holes on fender/bumper dont match up perfect but you can get a few of them. this is how it was on my kouki 180sx bumpa

oem kouki lip is EASY to ge ta hold of these days. phase2 is easiest imo
you cna get it from a knowledgable nissan dealer too

you dont even need to trim it
fits PERFECTLY fine on s13. as i said, i had one

the only thing that MIGHT be an issue is the little bracket that goes onto top (behind front emblem) peice that sits on those 2 little brackets (2 bolts per side) might not work w/ chuuki/zenki s13? not sure mine had all the parts.

I just got mine on... no problems... trimmed alittle bit of the bumper support, used existing brackets for fender holes and top. I had to buy harness for the lights and modify them to make it work.... or you can ghetto rig it with black tape.

I finally got off my lazy ass to install the kouki bumper that was laying in my closet for like 4 months. The bumper definitely fits fine with the bumper support. Was only able to only get two nuts to bolt on the sides, and the top ones went in fine. However I did notice that the bolts that used to hold the bumper to the bottom of the bumper absorber no longer lined up. Thinking of drilling 4 holes into the bumper, though currently the bumper seems to hold up just fine.
