Arms question

I just got an s14 and want to get it set up for track driving, drifting. I've looked at 240sxmotoring.com and saw that they have a circuitsports package for $425 which has the toe rods, rucas, front and rear tension rods. I've had their inner tie rods before on my s13, but i wanna know; has anyone else used them and what's the quality on the parts? Should i spend a little more and opt for a "better company"?

I'm using circuit sports arms on my s13. Had them in for almost two years now for DDing. No real issues, I recently took it in to get aligned since I got coilovers and they said everything turned smoothly. The joints are starting to rust a tad, but then again they've been on for two years (about 35k miles).

I have done 1 autox session with it, and nothing snapped lol. That was last month.

Forsure, I'll be cruising around town but I really want it to be able to do work and im debating buying the strange package for 800, money is an issue but I dont wanna cheap out. I prefer quality

CS is alright. I have a problem with their tie rods and other people have as well. As for their arms, I have seen a set of acceptable arms and a set of not so acceptable arms. Welds weren't good and the bearings were just bad.

If you prefer quality, go with SPL. Best value for the price. On Zilvia, you'll find it hard to find somebody say something bad about SPL other than price (maybe). Or since money is tight, you could obtain a set of Godspeed arms, check/fix the welds, and replace/make the bearings fit. You win either way.

Also, please search for reviews or opinions using google or the search function.

I think BV is the best value (and still good quality and good rod ends).

SPL is the best, but not cheap.

When I first started modifying my S14 I had a set of Circuit Sports Tension Rods. They lasted very well! I had them on the car for 4 years and only pulled them off to put offset Tension Rods on for my angle modifications.

Now, when it came time to do all of my rear arms, I did not cheap out. I purchased all SPL rear arms and preach that they are the best on the market. I do an alignment on the car just about once a month during the season and have never had a problem with them.

On 240sxmotoring they have the set for 1,049 but also theres a 10% off coupon on iti may just opt for that

and yes, im still runnning them with zero problems almost 3 years later. ive even added circuit sports sway bar links as well. however, ive replaced the CS coilovers with Fortune Auto coils since as i wanted something that gave me the ability to go lower if i needed it.

Well I did research and found that spls bearings are awesomex theyre welds as well. Also pbm has an excellent setup, but I figured I should just buy it right the first time. Thanks dork
