Can i swap pos 240sx seats with some 300zx seats without doing any major bracket reconstruction i heard that alot of the skyline seats will fit but will the z's bolt in??

Try searching next time, and from what I've heard no, they aren't gonna fit. Neither will Z33 seats. Get a set of Skyline seats, they're 10x better, and well worth the money in my opinion.

I loved my 300zx seats, you'll need a ton of fabbing though. It's been done before.
