Did a 5 speed swap on my s13 sohc hatch about 1k miles ago. put a new OEM clutch/slave/master. The only thing I did not replace was the throw out bearing.

I am having an issue. On the drive back home tonight a rattle developed in the car

Symptoms: When reving at 3k rpm there is a very loud buzzing/rattle that sounds to be coming from inside the transmission.

When I press the clutch in to shift (3k rpm's) I can feel the rattling in the clutch pedal which is making me rule out anything wrong motor wise as the car accelerates just fine.

It goes into all the gears just fine. Reverse however I noticed my rear end kind of dropped down a couple inches.

I also noticed that it it shifts suuuuper smooth since the rattle developed.

I plan on draining the fluid and filtering it to see if I find anything shiny (bits of metal etc.) :

If anyone could give me more information on this that'd be greatly appreciated. PM me for further info/any information you'd like to give.

sorry for the long OP I just wanted to be thorough with all the symptoms.

THANKS ZILVIANS!!!
