Is it true that the NISSAN OEM filter for KA24DE version 1 are now same quality as a FRAM filter and is missing the anti-drainback valve? Also, how's Torco motoroil compared to AMSOIL for track use?

I',m not sure on that i haven't ripped one open. However i do know that the 15208-53J0A is a better made filter so i would recommend that one for the KA24 guys.

These prices are for "picked up", correct? Also, how much for crush washers?

I've used both, I noticed less lifter noise and better oil pressure with the same grade (20W50) oil from Torco compared to AMSOIL. I was only using the Torco TR-1r their SR-1 and SR-5 oil's are much better made but my car is only at 420ish hp so no need for super exotic oils. I personally would only recommend Torco or Motul 300V oils for high performance street cars and race cars. 370Z guys are seeing better oil temps out of the torco as well so i can vouch for it.

all prices do not include sales tax or freight charges. if you are a California customer you are subject to sales tax.

the only difference between the one you got and the other one is height. filter element and build quality is of the same quality.
