I just pulled this stuff off about 15 minutes ago. I did so because I am making a new turbo setup. The setup dyno'd 225whp @ 6psi. All parts were fabricated by me and pressure tested. I'm selling the parts as packages.

***This is perfect chance for someone who wants a custom setup but doesn't have access to a welder.***

Intercooler Package (works with any revhard-style manifold): $450
NPR medium Intercooler w/ flanges
2.5” hot pipe – nipple for WG signal on elbow
2.5” cold pipe – nipple for AIV and flange for HKS bov
2.5” to 2.75” silicon hose connector for Cold Pipe to TB
2.5” to 2.5” (2) IC pipes to IC
2.5” to 2” Hot Pipe to Turbo
Hose Clamps for Connectors

***note: this is a custom setup. The IC mounts to 4 bolts beneath the core support. The core support must be modified because the pipes run next to the radiator. Works with A/C. The front bumper reinforcement will also have to be modified for proper fitment.

Manifold package: $450
Revhard Manifold, runners separated, outer holes enlarged, tapped for EGT
3” Downpipe w/ WG return and provisions for 2 02 sensors – 5 bolt turbo flange and 3 bolt flange to SR downpipe, comes with plug for wideband 02 bung
Tial style flange w/ dump tube
3” Intake pipe

***note: MC clearance is around 3/4". Downpipe elbow bolts to any SR downpipe. I ran the WG dumped, but it can be easily recirculated to the downpipe (WG return is at a 30 degree angle for minimal flow disruption).

Recirculation setup for bov: $75
Recirculation piping (1.5”)
3” Intake pipe with port for bov return

Turbo: $550
T3/t04e 57 trim turbo – rebuilt by Diesel Injection in December, just over 5K miles on it – wet housing - no shaft play, spins freely, has only seen Mobile 1 15w-50 syntec

That’s it. Email me for specific pictures or with questions. I really suggest purchasing it all together, mostly because I designed it as a system. If you want it all, I’ll work with you on the price.

Oh yeah, I don't get on zilvia often, so please email me instead of PM - [email protected]

Thanks a bunch,

-john
