I'm looking at this harness:

It says it needs absolutely nothing from the OEM harness to work. Well i'm in a situation where i don't have either engine bay relay boxes. Does anyone out there have any personal experience with this specific harness? Does it possibly get rid of the need for the relay boxes? Obviously not for the one that controls your headlight motors and such. It doesn't look like it to me but i just wanted to make sure...
