HELP me roll up my Power windows!

So my car is completly gutted, The engien is out and obviously there is no power source for the car. I was wondering if there is a way to roll up my windows from the wiring harness by connecting a 12v source to it. All i need to know is where the signal wire is for the power windows. I have a 90' S13. It sucks because it has been raining here for the past two weeks and the windows are down, so when I look in the back seat it has a puddle of water. Please HELP ME!!!

Oh, im an idiot for keeping the windows rolled down while doing the engine swap too...I thought it was going to stay inside the shop.

first get that water out of there asap. liquid/dry vac it out or something. i would just cover up the windows with a tarp or plastic bag just for now

take off the door panels and disconect the motor connector. take the battery and jumpers and power it that way. the motor connector is in the middle of the door under the plastic.
