Window rolls 95% up?

Hey guys, I picked up an SR S13 hatch the other day and I'm trying to sort out some issues when I happened to notice this. The driverside power window goes up about 95% of the way and then stops as if its reached the top. It doesn't fully seal because it doesn't reach the top. Its enough that I can live with it but I'd love to figure it out. The passenger side clearly goes up farther when viewed from the outside.

Anyone ever run into this? It moves up and down fine, just stops early.

I've never seen this before, I would start By pulling the door card off and checking the window mechanism to see if it's jammed or bound up.

I never put 240 windows up all the way because it ruins the seals anyways.

Tracks/rails are either dirty or out of alignment.

This. Make sure you don't adjust them to high or you're going to have pressure on the window when they are rolled up
